A key ingredient in Sea Vegg is "fucoidan." Fucoidan is a marine algal polysaccharide, which studies suggest may have antioxidant properties.

Recent studies have shown Fucoidan may promote healthier skin. Other known traditional uses include relieving stomach disorders, and fighting free radicals.
